Katie’s Approach:

It all begins with the senses. My goal is to reconnect you back into feeling movement in your body. I incorporate a lot of applied neurology concepts into my coaching services to help you create safety in the body and optimize movement.

Who I help:

Clients who connect with my approach to exercise and movement often have difficulty improving pain, range of motion, flexibility, and/or strength with traditional methods.

They may also have a history of or are experiencing: 

  • Vision dysfunction

  • Vestibular dysfunction

  • Dizziness

  • Head Trauma or Concussion

  • Headaches or migraines

  • Balance issues  

  • Chronic pain

  • Chronic stress

  • Fatigue

  • Anxiety

  • Nervous system dysregulation

  • Plateau in exercise or sport performance
