My mission is to get you out of your thinking brain and more into your feeling brain. If you ever watch infants and children explore their world they tend to be great at this. Why is this important? The brain processes and integrates sensory information before creating motor outputs. So improving your senses, especially the visual and vestibular systems, can have a HUGE impact on your neck pain, squat movement and even sport performance.

I am a movement coach and massage therapist. I consider myself a lifelong learner who is obsessed with the neurology of movement, gardening and exploring the world through the eyes of my two young kids.
With my unique background in health and fitness and deep understanding of how the nervous system and visceral organs impact pain and movement, I offer personalized movement coaching and massage therapy that not only helps you feel and move better but also achieve results that stick.
I believe the body knows best. It is always working for you, not against you. In order for the body to heal, it must feel safe.
My goal is to help as many people rebuild trust in their bodies, improve pain, and optimize movement.
